The hotel did feel old, but we experienced a good stay at the hotel. Perhaps the wood and carpet gave this feel. There were no bad smells as per other reviews. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Sheets and bed was good, hot water was good and AC was good. All in all, a good experience enhanced by great staff. The staff, all of them, from security to wait staff at breakfast. The reception staff were outstanding The breakfast was at a good standard and had many choices. I would stay here again. .

I like the location and the value for money. I love the view outside.The staffs are polite and helpful. I commend the security guard who assisted us brought our luggages in our room and to Mr. Richard (staff) who was so helpful with our needs.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional, making check-in and day-to-day requests seamless. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. While the gym is on the smaller side, it is functional and well-equipped for a basic workout. One of the best features is the location—conveniently situated near key attractions and public transport. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Staffs were accommodating and kind. They offered us crib for my 1yr old son. The restaurant waited for us even though it was a bit late. We also appreciate that they permitted to pre-cooked our orders so it will be ready at the restaurant by the time we went down as I can only go out of the room by 9pm due to work. The internet was fast about 70+ mbps which which was very good for work. Great varieties of food in breakfast buffet.

Excellent customer service. All the staff are very accommodating, polite and professional, especially the receptionist who assists as, if I'm not mistaken his name is CD. And also those in the buffet area. I love the customer service here that's why we keep on coming back here.

I am impressed with the service of the staff, who are always attentive and willing to assist. Special thanks to Chloe and Angela at the front desk, who were always very helpful. The location is superb. You can walk to the nearby malls and restaurants. Richmonde Hotel is rich in what it offers.

I like that Richmond Hotel is not super big unlike other hotel chain, clean, a block away from the mega mall, nice staff.

Staff are all nice and have excellent customer service. They always greet you when they see you and always with a smile. Location is excellent too as close to main areas like Megamall. Room and lobby are good too. However, I did not use other facilities and services to be able to comment.
